Erlengrat is coming

As the new Farming Simulator DLC creeps up on us for the November 12th release date, the team over at GIANTS have teased us with some more pictures of it.

Introducing Erlengrat. The endless greenery- farmland, trees and meandering roads.

We're told by the latest blog post that "the area around Erlengrat is everything but plain" and that "the overall altitude difference between the lowest and highest point amounts to 260 meters"

Imagine being able to look over the map after a day of farming non stop. You can do that with the new map! It features multiple spots across the map where you can overlook the entire town and the area surrounding it.

For us- you can really see the thought that has gone into trying to build a map that works and looks nice- big congratulations to the team at GIANTS for getting this far.

It really doesn't stop there. As you can see in the main photo at the top of the page- there are lots of different places within the town.

Firstly- let's head over to Liechti. Your hard work at the farm can provide them with the milk for them to go and make chocolate. This is just one of the brilliant additions they have added to the map.

Secondly- there is a new dealership for all of your machinery needs. If you're in need of a tractor or a car- you can go to Kraft Landmaschinen AG and grab yourself what you need.

The amount of thought and detail we can see on the next place on the map is astounding. Gasolino is the place for you to go if you need some gas!

You can see the individual pumps ready to be use, the lights in the top of the canopy of the station and even the signage is spot on.

We also have the cheese factory! Erlengrat's cheese requires milk!

That's about it with the companies but there is so much more! View the unveiling trailer below.

The new expansion releases on November 12th across PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Google Stadia at EUR 19,99. You can pre-order it via the Farming Simulator website.
